2.  Floor-length black skirt
3.  Black stockings or knee highs
4.  Black dress shoes
   – shoes should not be high heeled and should enclose the heel.

The following are some skirt options – Avoid fabrics that will not blend in such as shimmery, lacy or velvet fabric:

• Black floor-length skirts can often be found at Deseret Industries (DI) and altered to fit.
• Floor-length skirts are also available from sites such as   http://www.concertblack.com/category/bottoms
• Make your own floor-length black skirt as long as the fabric does not stand out, such as a shimmery, lacy or velvet fabric.
